PeriPera Peri's Ink #01 It Lips

PeriPera Peri's Ink | #01 It Lips
Shades Available: 5
Price: $7.21
8ml

Hello Everyone!

Today's review is on PeriPera's Peri's Ink in number one, It Lips.

This lip tint is absolutely amazing, and I truly mean it. The color choices were so hard to choose from, at least in my opinion. So I thought to myself and decided on the first shade, the pink, because I realized I barely had any pink lip products in general.

Here's just a quick picture of the bottom of the box. Back to the lip tint, everything about it is completely amazing. The shade, the texture, the lasting power, everything! Below I added a picture of the actual packaging, and only after having it with me did I realize that the top 'dropper' wasn't real. It's just a part of the packaging, which is adorable in my opinion.

On the back of the bottle there is the PeriPera logo, as well as the usual information on the bottom. Now, let's start getting into detail about why I love this lip stain.

First off, the applicator sponge is nice and flat which makes it to easy to apply to the lips, with just one swipe you get such a pigmented color pay off. As soon as you put it on your lip, you have to blend quickly or else you'll end up with a stain in the shape of that line, which honestly doesn't bother me.

Here you can see below, a swatch of this wonderful lip ink. It truly does last the entire day. Finally a lip product that lasts through my torture. If you didn't know already, lip products rarely last an hour+ on my lips because I'm always chewing or picking at them, which is actually really bad, but is a hard habit to break. The color itself is pretty neon, however if you blend it out, it will tone it down slightly. If you want to tone it down even further, you can put a sheer nude lipstick overtop of it such as MAC's Patisserie, which is my all time favorite MAC lipstick.

As you can see below, if you don't blend it in quick enough, the stain left behind will stay like that.

Anyway, that was my review on this new favorite product of mine. As always if you have any questions/comments/recommendations please don't be afraid to let me know, I will answer as quick as I can! Have a great day!

Etude House Give Me Chocolate Shadow #3 Cacao Fudge

Etude House Give Me Chocolate Shadow | #3 Cacao Fudge
Shades Available: 3
Price: $8.89 (+ $2.00 Shipping)
4.5g

Hello Everyone!!

Today's review is on Etude House's Give Me Chocolate Shadow in Cacao Fudge.

Once again this is one of my older products, that I completely forgot to post a review on. I decided to post something today because of the event in Orlando. I am keeping everyone in my prayers.

Onto the review! This was from last spring (?) I believe. However, I still use it constantly.

If you didn't know already, I always seem to love Etude Houses packaging, and this product certainly didn't let me down. Once again, I wasn't expecting it to be this tiny, but as I am noticing lately, a lot of the products are smaller than they seem. Which isn't a bad thing necessarily, it means it's travel friendly, and looks even cuter.

Here is what the eyeshadow looks like. The chocolate is such a nice warm shade that helps contour the eye perfectly, as the gold is a more chunkier glitter shadow. The gold is perfect for highlighting the inner corner, the aegyo-sal, or even just for lightly patting over the entire eyeshadow look.

Whenever I'm going somewhere, or looking for a mini palette that's very simple, I just grab this. In my opinion, there's no way you can really go wrong with this little duo.

And finally, here's a swatch on my wrist. I hope you liked this review! Once again, my prayers are going out to everyone in Orlando. As always if you have any questions/comments/recommendations please don't be afraid to let me know, I will answer as quick as I can!

Tony Moly BCDation Water Pact #02 Natural Beige

TonyMoly BCDation Water Pact | #02 Natural Beige
SPF 50+PA+++
Shades Available: 2
Price: $15.98
17g

Hello everyone!

Today's review is on TonyMoly's BCDation Water Pact!

I was actually really excited when I bought this product. I saw it online a little after it first came out on blog.naver.com. However 99% of the reviews were only on the first and lightest shade! I thought to myself, oh well now here's another reason why I should purchase it. I was a bit cautious, because it only does have 2 shades, and if you don't know already, South Korean face makeup, especially, is very light, and I have a medium/beige skin tone with yellow undertones. Considering the price is almost $20.00 USD it would've really sucked if it didn't match my skin tone. But as you can see, I bought it anyway.

Here are some pictures of the box it came in, as well as the actual packaging of the product below.

I was so excited to use this I haven't really seen any reviews on it so far, and if I did it was only on the lightest shade.

I remember seeing this when it was first up for sale on the website I buy from. I was absolutely so excited. Of course there were products like this before, but something about this one stood out to me more, I'm not exactly sure why.

I was hesitant with buying this mostly because of the usual reason I'm hesitant when buying a Korean face cosmetic. The shades are always too light, or too cool/pink toned for my skin tone. I've received samples of their BCDation All Master, in which the darkest shade was just the slightest bit too light for my liking. Especially since it had a reasonable amount of coverage, I didn't want to buy it because it looked to noticeably light on me.

However I decided to take the chance because I got this around Christmas-time, and I am so glad that I did decide to buy this.

When you first open up the packaging, it's like a usual pact/cushion. With a mirror, the puff, and the product itself. One thing I noticed right away was that the puff was waay to big for the space that you're given to dip it in. The opening is really tiny for this huge of a puff, which is kind of annoying at times, so I just use my knock off beauty blender to apply it. The puff is actually different than a cushion foundations, as this one is more smooth, it kind of feels like a thicker latex, instead of a light cushion-y air sponge. Most likely due to the pact's texture.

pact

There is actually water inside the pact. Which is mainly the reason I bought it. Also if you couldn't tell already by my Lioele Waterdrop Sleeping Pack, I absolutely love it when products have that water droplet formation etc. I just think it's so cool. But, yes, this product is very moisturizing, so it's good for the dry winter months that were upon us. It almost melts into your skin because of how creamy the formula is.

swatch

Since this product is really moisturizing, and my skin is quite oily due to it being dried out from my acne creams which leads it to produce more oil, it does get a little slippery. So make sure to lightly set the oilier areas on your face after applying this, or remember to blot often. Another thing I noticed was that, once again, due to it's dewy-ness, it creased under my eyes, so I have to make sure to definitely set that area with a powder.

button
blended out

Here is the product blended out, since it's so watery and light it blends into my skin tone nicely. The coverage on this is light, but is slightly build able. I usually wear this when I'm just going for a lighter look. If you run out of product, simply push that button that's right under the mirror, as shown above, and push from the bottom. The old pact will pop out, which you can discard and replace with a new one!

All in all, it was a great moisturizing foundation for me in the Winter, and is currently a lovely dewy pact for me right now in the Spring. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this review, as always if you have any questions/comments/recommendations please don't be afraid to let me know, I will answer as quick as I can!

Innisfree 2015 Mineral Shadow Matte #2, #3

Innisfree 2015 Mineral Shadow | Matte #2, #3
Shades Available: 40
Price: $5.93
2.3g

Hello everyone!
Today's review is on two of Innisfree's newest mineral shadows. I've been really loving these lately, so let's get right into the review!

shadows

Although these shades look almost similar. They are actually more noticeable in the pan than when swatched on my wrist. These are numbers two (포근한 워머-Warmer Warm) and three (폭신폭신 캐시미어-Fluffy Cashmere) of the matte portion. These two are my first ever Innisfree eye shadows, which makes it even more exciting for me.

details of the eye shdow, untouched

I chose these two neutral shades just to test them out, to kind of stay in the safe zone. I especially have been loving matte shades lately, mostly because they're so much softer and hazy when they're nicely blended together. Although I still can't give up my lovely glittery shadows.

Back of the eye shadows
These shadows are so nice and soft. When I went to swatched it, it easily transferred onto my finger without any problems. It feels very smooth, there were no clumps or anything what-so-ever. They feel really nice when applied onto the eyelid. They blend really easily as well.

the two shades

Here are the shades on my wrist. As you can see Warmer Warm actually looks like it has a more pink undertone compared to Fluffy Cashmere, which has a warmer, yellow-y tone. I usually use Warmer Warm everyday just as an overall wash of color on my lids for school. Mostly because I know I'd usually grab for number three, just because I am warm toned and I usually match my makeup with warmer tones. So don't get me wrong, Warmer Warm is still an amazingly beautiful neutral, I just didn't want it to go to waste. So I'll be using that one up before switching to Fluffy Cashmere etc.

They last well without a primer, for the most part. I have very oily eyelids, so everything just slips around most of the time. I have yet to find a good primer, so I'll have to look for one soon. But yes, they are still very pigmented without a primer.

Overall, I really loved these shadows and am looking forward to purchasing more.

I hope you enjoyed the review, as always, if you have any questions/suggestions/comments list them below and I will try to answer as fast as I can!

Etude House Dear My Enamel Lips-Talk #RD305

Etude House Dear My Enamel Lips-Talk | #RD305
Shades Available: 10
Price: $8.48
3.5g

Hello everyone!

Today's review is on Etude House's Dear My Enamel Lips-Talk, in RD305 갈팡질팡레드.

Lately I've been loving brown-red lip colors. So when I first swatched this, I was so excited to start wearing it.

Here is what the sides of the packaging look like. The ingredients are in English as well as the description, directions, and a caution, which are underneath it in Korean. It also has the net wt, .12 oz/3.5g.The back of the box simply looks like the front, only with a picture of what the packaging of the lipstick looks like, with Dear My Enamel Lips-Talk in it.

The top has a sticker of a cute pair of lips, as well as the name of the lipstick. The color of the lips do change with the different lipstick shades, if you were wondering.

Here is what the tube looks like. As always it has the cute bow that all Etude House lipsticks have, which I really love. As well as a nice design at the top of the cap

The bottom of the lipstick has the expiration date, 2018-11-09. As well as the name of the collection, shade of lipstick etc. etc. I love the shape of this lipstick, it looks like Innisfree's Creammellow collection. When I first swatched this, it was so smooth and glossy. It has a nice sheen to it, as you can see in the picture below. It's a very nice brown-red, although the picture doesn't do it justice. With the flash on, you get to see just how moisturizing this lipstick is. When you apply it, it just melts into your lips, it lasts a while too!

I definitely hope to purchase more of these lipsticks, the texture of them is what I love best. I don't have any downsides really, to me it's just an amazing lipstick. It really does remind me of Innisfree's Creammellow Lipstick collection, which is maybe why I love it so much, since I almost have that entire collection. Maybe this will be another collection that I hope to purchase most of.

I hope you enjoyed this review, as always if you have any questions/comments/recommendations please don't be afraid to let me know, I will answer as quick as I can!

Have a great day!

Lioele Waterdrop Sleeping Pack

Lioele Waterdrop Sleeping Pack
Price: $12.62
120mL

Hello everyone!
Today's review is on Lioele's Waterdrop Sleeping Pack. I've actually wanted to test this out for a while now, so I was really happy when it finally came in the mail.

side of the box
Here's the side of the box that's in English, the other side is in Korean, and the back has a QR code. It has a description of the product, directions, ingredients, and a caution on it. The caution just says the usual things: "For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear. Keep out of reach of children." etc. etc.

I couldn't wait to see the water droplets form when I swatched it, but first, more on the packaging!

Here's the front and back of the product. It says that it's good for 12 months after opening, the jar with 12 on it. The manufacturing date is at the top of the bottle on the front. The packaging is pretty literal, nothing to simple or over the top. It's around 7 1/2 inches tall, so it may not be travel friendly for some, but for me it's fine. There was a film that you peeled off before using, and for the product to come out, just simply squeeze it.

I have had samples of this product so I definitely knew I wanted this product before I spend $13 dollars on it. The color is a light baby blue, and there is a slight scent to it. Something else that I noticed was that when you first squeeze it out, without it blended yet or anything, it has a matte finish. I don't know, I just thought it was something random, and cool.

just squeezed out

As soon as I started to rub the product in, the texture completely changed. it went from almost creamy, to a light watery texture. The water droplets are so unique and really screamed to me that this product was actually going to do something. Unlike some other packs where you don't notice a big change. After it absorbed, my skin had a nice glow and almost a thin layer of moisture over it.

my wrist isn't broken I swear, I had to do a weird angle for the droplets to photograph properly.

When I woke up my face felt so hydrated and plump! I've been using it every night since. I think of it as a second moisturizer. Especially since my acne medication drys out my skin so much, and the cold winter air isn't helping at all. My skin needs all the moisture it can get right now, and this pack is definitely improving it.

I don't really have any complaints about it except for the price. As well as if you're sensitive or don't like using things that have scents, then that obviously would be a downside.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the review. feel free to stick around for some more amateur reviews. Lately I've been testing out Tony Moly's BCDation Water Pact, so expect to see that review sometime in the near by future. As always if you have any questions/comments/reccomendations on anything let me know, and I will respond as soon as I can.

Innisfree Skinny Microcara #1 Black

Innisfree Skinny Microcara | #1 Black
Shades Available: 2
Price: $8.91
5g

Hi everyone!

Long time no see! Happy holidays as well. Today's review will be on Innisfree's Skinny Microcara in the first shade, Black.

There are two shades in this mascara, black and brown. Starting on the packaging, I personally love Innisfree's packaging. I like its simplicity especially compared to some of the other brands out there on the market lately.

On the back of the packaging it was sealed with a sticker (above). It didn't come in a box or anything, as it looks above is how it looked when I received it. I would've actually preferred if it came in a box compared to this sticker because it left a sticky residue on it. Even though I can remove it, it would've been nice to not have it in general.

On the top of the handle, it has a sticker that is once again telling you the size of this brush, 2.5mm. I had absolutely no idea what 2.5 mm looked like until I opened the product. All I can say is that the name of this product lives up to it because it is honestly the thinnest mascara wands I've ever come across. I actually love the fact that it's so skinny not only because it is even easier to apply to the lower lashes, but also because it separates my lashes and makes them look really natural. Compared to if I had a regular one where I usually have to use a mascara comb to de-tangle my lashes while trying not to poke my eye out. Let's just say I'm not the best at multi-tasking. It also lasted the entire day, it even held the curl. Unfortunately it isn't waterproof, but with my oily eyelids etc. it lasted all day, which is a great thing for me.

One thing I am disappointed about this mascara, is the small amount of product you actually get. That long part of the packaging is actually a part of the wand, no, it is not where the actual product is kept. That little 2 1/4 inch part at the bottom is where it is. So if you're heavy-handed on the mascara, I'm just warning you now. However, since I usually just go for natural looks, I don't need that much, I don't even have to swish the wand in again for the other eye.

Another thing I'm not really crazy about this mascara is that it flaked, you can see it in the picture above. Which usually isn't a problem for me, in which I was surprised. When I got home after wearing this, I don't know if it was because I wore glasses and with my lashes hitting them, but I had a couple flakes under my eyes. It wasn't anything drastic, I just thought to inform you all.

I would totally repurchase this item. If I was better at computer editing, I could be like those really cool blogs that have the ratings like 5 strawberries out of 5. But I'm not so, maybe later on in life I'll figure it out to make my posts more eye-popping and exciting, so I just don't have to rely on my dry humor.
Anyways, Thank you all for reading this review of Innisfree's Skinny Microcara Mascara. As always if you have any questions or requests for certain products etc. , I will try my best to try and fulfill that.

Happy Holidays,
-Sleepy Strawberry
